LIVIA: A JAVASCRIPT BASED PACKAGE FOR STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

Hypothesis: JavaScript can be a powerful tool for innovating with biomathematics, or any other related statistical based endeavor.

Motivation: TensorFlow.js proved how powerful JS can be for web development of scientific computation. With such a tool, one could do everything in the frontend, even when go to the backend, no need to leave JavaScript. Could be handy to MEAN stack developers

Steps:

  • See packages already available;

  • Implement functionalities for statistical analysis;

LIGLAB.JS

Hypothesis: JavaScript can be a powerful tool for innovating with biomathematics, or any other related computational biology related endeavor.

Models for bodyweight dynamics and appetite can be heady to support on obesity and related eating related issues.

Motivation: TensorFlow.js proved how powerful JS can be for web development of scientific computation.

This tool motivated me to extend my already ubitious project to JavaScript. Image segmentation can be quite easy with TensorFlow.js, what could feed the models!
